⭕️The legal situation regarding bullying is mentioned in the Prevention of Bullying Act No. 20 of 1998.  

⭕️ A person in any way under that Act 

 1. Bullying.  

2.Criminal intimidation  

3. Hiring  

4. Improper blocking  

5. Wrongful imprisonment 

 6. Damaging corporate property will be prohibited.  

⭕️ Not only committing navakvadaya but also being involved in it is a criminal offense under this act.  

⭕️According to this Act, any person who commits or participates in bullying is liable to 2 1/2 years imprisonment with hard labor and a fine for damages. The elders are not the criminals🥱 Badass are not criminals  

⭕️According to the provisions of this act, the Magistrate Court cannot grant bail in case of sexual assault or serious injury under the guise of harassment. (Section 2(2) )

  ⭕️Also, in case of arrest as per section 4, the Magistrate Court cannot grant bail. Only the High Court can grant bail and there is also the possibility to reject the grant of bail (Section 9(1)). 

 ⭕️ In such a case, 10 years imprisonment with hard labor is imposed.
